Working for a large and well established London Property developer KSA was given the task of producing design proposals for one of their prominent and well situated residential properties .

KSA produced sketch layouts and concept images for a feasibility study into creating additional penthouse units above an existing building.

​

Before work began , a detailed engineers report was commissioned by the client to ascertain the level and parameters of development . This central London site had a number of constraints and KSA worked closely with the client and Daylight & Sunlight specialists to establish a sympathetic design solution that took into account the unique and historic urban context.

KSA is currently working on this project and is involved in the project from RIBA stages 0-4 (concept to construction drawings stages).
